A 6–12 week cohort program for founders who are ready to build AI products — with Atlanta-rooted support, a real investor network, and the only incubator in the city built for all ages.
What We Build
The ATL|AI Incubator is a structured cohort program that takes founders from idea to demo-ready AI product — with weekly check-ins, expert office hours, and a direct path to Atlanta's investor and executive network.
We're not a generic accelerator. Every team in our program is building with AI at the core — whether that's an LLM-powered product, an AI automation business, or a domain-expert using AI tools to solve problems in their industry.
And unlike every other program in Atlanta, we welcome founders of all ages. A 65-year-old retired nurse who understands healthcare pain deeply is exactly the kind of domain expert we want building AI solutions.
Program Tracks
Whether you're a technical builder or a domain expert who's never written a line of code, we have a track built for you.
For builders ready to take an AI product from concept to market. No age limit. All backgrounds welcome.
Senior domain experts paired with younger technical builders as co-founders. The most underrated combination in AI.
The Insight
Most incubators treat seniors as students to be taught. We see them differently: a retired nurse knows exactly what's broken in healthcare billing. A former teacher knows where students fall behind. A veteran logistics manager knows where freight bottlenecks actually live.
That domain expertise is worth more than any LLM prompt skill — and it's the one thing that can't be manufactured. When you pair that with a younger technical builder who can ship AI tooling fast, you get a co-founding team with an unfair advantage.
Retired clinicians building AI tools for patient navigation, billing, and care coordination.
Former financial advisors building AI-powered financial literacy and planning tools.
Veteran educators building personalized AI tutoring for the students they know best.
Experienced ops managers building AI systems for logistics, scheduling, and supply chain.
